During fundamentals we go over sound positioning and movement efficiency tips to prepare you for safe high-intensity workouts. Most new members attend the same fundamentals class throughout the week, helping you get an early feel for our community

Our program is based on CrossFit methodology: Constantly varied, functional movements (like squats and push-ups) done at high-intensity. Functional movements promote the body’s natural movement patterns and are essential to building fitness that improves the quality of life.
