Our program is based on CrossFit methodology: Constantly varied, functional movements (like squats and push-ups) done at high-intensity. Functional movements promote the body’s natural movement patterns and are essential to building fitness that improves the quality of life.

All first time members are required to attend our three fundamentals classes, where they learn the nine fundamental movements of CrossFit: the squat, front squat, overhead squat, press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, and clean.
